It’s a beautiful thing when a family member can say they’re overcoming stress in families. Are you going to be the one who steps up to the plate and do everything you can to solve family difficulties?  Overcoming stress in families is super-hard.  A three-hour debate over who is right and who is wrong can take a toll on any average body.

Sometimes a bitch sings.   A total massage is in order.  You don’t think that you are wrong and she or he doesn’t think that you’re right, What’s your problem, after all good customer service claims that “the customer is always right”, whatver!!!!!

I have parents that were perfect in my eyes and deranged in the eyes of my syblings.  A family secret can destroy the whole clan, so lest we forget if we’re parents to show something special to our offspring.  We all have something special withing us, I’m not playing.  It’s tramatizing to think that our parents didn’t love us and yet I know I am blessed.  Overcoming the stress in familes requires understanding of all people, being non-judgemental and protective of those we love. I’ve never said anything negative about anyone that I truly hated, lol.  Meaning, I alway speak the truth because I love.  That’s what makes me special.

If your’e overcoming stress in your family, or tying to, then you have my prayers and empathy because family is the core to the human spirit.  I never want to be judgemental but I never want to be enabling either.  I can’t love and not speak the truth, is my key in overcoming stress in families.

Treat yourself, learning to love yourself isn't that hard.

Learning to love yourself is easy.  Treat yourself to tasty dishes, take a walk in the garden or simply say to yourself how much you love you!

Does that sound daft, well it isn’t! Learning to love yourself is as simple as accepting all the good things you love about yourself.  My Aunty used to tell me that I could fall into a pile of you-know-what and come out smelling like a rose.  I loved my Aunty. She instilled in me the sense of success and for that I owe her big-time.

But so many of you don’t have an Aunty or a family and friend support system.  You may have isolated yourself from the world as you know it and because you’ve been alone you’re almost afraid to meet others.  Unless you work from home, surely you have people around you.  If you have also isolated co-workers, neighbors or others then my advice would be to get a new job and start all over.

I know that sounds over-simplified but it’s not.  I also have friends that are impossible to convince that they’re worthy of being loved.  While on the other hand (my good side) I have 100 friends who adore who they are.  I’m one of those friends. I’m my best friend.

Learning to love yourself is as easy as listing the things you love about you. If you have nothing to list then go ahead and list the fact that you’re smart enough to make coffee, or still able to walk and talk, list something please!  Find out what makes you special, because believe me everyone is!

What’s the definition of classy?  That’s what I’m saying.  Adult stores… I do know one thing, I can’t take seeing more crappy sites with a lot of goofy adult content that doesn’t interest me.  What I want are good products so that I can feel great about myself.
